Assalam Walekum, today we are making Bihari strongi, a very easy recipe, we can make it in any party or any feast, you can prepare it easily and quickly without marinating, let’s start, I have taken three tablespoon gram flour in a pan and fried it well. Now when it gets fried, I will keep it aside and now I will pour half cup oil in a pan and put 1 medium sized sliced ​​onion in it and fry it, we do not have to fry it too much, it will get a light golden color, so please add lentils to it.

We will add one table spoon garlic and one table spoon and now add half the spice to it, in the same way you can make it with mutton or if you cannot make mutton then you can make it with chicken, you can make it with the same recipe, it is ready very well, it has to be fried so well Shaan’s Bihari Masala, you will easily get this masala from any super store, if you do not have this masala then you can use any brand, just put this masala in it and do not add any other spice, then show you how easily it will be prepared.
