Ingredients

Beef Liver 1/2 kg

Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbs

Green Chillies paste 1 tsp

Coriander Crushed 2 tsp

Red chilli crushed 1-1/2 tsp

Cuminseeds powder 1 tbs

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Fenugreek leaves 2 tsp

Yoghurt 1/2 cup

Oil 1/4 cup

Onion chopped 1 medium

Tomato paste 1/2 cup (2 medium)

Salt 1 tsp

or

to taste Lemon juice 1 tsp

Garnish !

Chillies chopped

Ginger sliced

Coriander leaves

For wash !

Assalam waekum weavers how are you all today I have brought for you some quick and spicy liver it is very tasty today I am going to tell you a very good way to remove the smell of liver I have taken half a kilo of liver and washed it thoroughly after that add vinegar and some water in it and keep it for 5 minutes now wash it one more time with water and clean it after that add garlic paste, green chilli paste and crushed coriander, crushed red chilli, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and kasuri

Mix the fenugreek seeds well and mix it very well so that all the masala gets coated over the liver. Here I will tell you a tip that if you apply curd and keep the liver aside beforehand, then your liver will become very soft and it turns out very good. Whatever liver you make, make sure to apply curd to it. I added half a cup of curd and kept the liver aside to rest for a while. Now here I have taken a pan, in the pan I have poured 14 cups of oil. Here I have a medium sized onion and finely chopped it. Here we have

You do not need to give any colour to the onion, that is, you do not need to give any brown colour, you just need to cook it till it becomes transparent. After that, we will add the marinated liver in it and fry it well for 10 minutes. I have not included salt in this as well. Keep in mind that you do not need to add salt right now. I will tell you later about adding salt on this coin. It has been fried well here, you can see how great it was after it has been roasted. Now add half cup of salt paste in it.

We will do this. I have taken two medium sized tomatoes and ground them finely. Add that as well and cook it for 5 more minutes. Fry the tomatoes well as well. After frying, when its water evaporates, then we will keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. This has to be cooked on low flame only so that the liver becomes soft and melts very well. Now here I have to include salt at this point. We will add salt at this point. If you do not add it earlier, the liver becomes hard and then it is not enjoyable. Add lemon.
