Directions !

Hello !, today I will come with the recipe of Kadhai which has very less spice and is very interesting. Its jack is very different. You will definitely try making it from this recipe once. To make this recipe, I have taken 1 kg. Chicken, I have added fresh black pepper, I have added one and half tablespoon of fresh ginger, I have added chopped one tablespoon of banana, I have added half teaspoon of salt and these are 14 teaspoons.

Now the ingredients are vinegar and I have added this one third cup i.e. one third of a cup and now I will cook it and keep it aside. If there is time for marination then I have netted it otherwise you can cook it like this. Now in a pan, I have taken about half a cup of oil and after it is ground, I will add the chicken which we had kept for marination and cook it for a while and I have taken it here. Now add the medium sized tomatoes which I had chopped and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes and when the tomatoes become soft and the chicken also gets cooked a little, then add 10 to 12 green chillies and After doing this, we will keep it aside and then fry it a little more for 10 to 15 minutes.

Now see how well the chicken has been cooked and some of its water has also evaporated and I will smoke it. The flavor of Dungi is optional, it is very fun, the bunti is very fun, the Karahi is ready, the welcome Karahi is ready, you must make it and tell me in the comments how you liked this Karahi and if you are new to my channel, then subscribe. If you liked the video, then do like and share it. Good Bye
