Daal Mash Kachori | Kachori Recipe | Eid Special
Welcome to Arshia’s Kitchen World! Today I’m going to show you how to make a delicious Daal Mash Kachori that’s perfect for any occasion. This dish is a traditional Pakistani snack, made with a deep-fried pastry filled with a spicy lentil mash. It’s a great appetizer or snack to enjoy with your friends and family. To start, you’ll need to make the lentil mash filling. Cook split pigeon peas (daal) in a pot until soft, then mash the peas and add in chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cumin, and coriander. Mix the spices in, then set the filling aside. To make the dough, combine flour, water, and oil until it forms a soft dough. Roll it out into small circles, then fill each one with the lentil mash. Seal the edges, then deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy. Serve the Daal Mash Kachori hot, with a side of your favorite chutney or sauce. Enjoy!
