Degi Mutton Korma

Welcome to Arshia’s Kitchen World! Today, I’m going to show you how to make a delicious and flavorful Mutton Qorma. This traditional Pakistani dish is sure to tantalize your taste buds! To start, we’ll be using mutton, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, and a variety of aromatic spices. We’ll begin by heating some oil in a pan and adding the mutton. We’ll fry the mutton until it’s nicely browned and then add the onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. We’ll cook these together for a few minutes and then add the ginger and garlic paste. Next, we’ll add the yogurt and the spices. We’ll let the mixture simmer until the mutton is tender and the flavors have melded together. Once the Mutton Qorma is ready, it’s time to plate! Serve with hot naan or rice and enjoy!

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion Sliced 2 Medium
  • Bay Leaf 1
  • Cinnamon Stick 1
  • Green Cardamon 4
  • Black Cardamon 1
  • Staranise (badiyan) 1
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Black Pepper 8-10
  • Black Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger Paste 1 tbs
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt 3/4 cup
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Netmug & Mace (jaifal jawatri) 1/4 tsp
  • Whole Spices 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamon Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra Essence 3 drops
