Spring Rolls
Welcome to Arshia’s Kitchen World! Here you will find easy and delicious recipes that you can make at home. Today, we will be making Spring Rolls! This classic Chinese dish is a delicious combination of vegetables and Shredded Chicken, wrapped in a crispy spring roll wrapper. We will start by preparing the filling – slicing up bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and cabbage. Then, we will cook the noodles and mix them in with the vegetables. Finally, we will assemble the spring rolls by spooning the filling into the wrappers, folding the sides in, and rolling them up. We’ll fry them up to give them a nice golden color and a crunchy texture. Serve these delicious spring rolls with your favorite dipping sauce in Ramzan , Iftar , Lunch for kids or in evening with a cup of Tea and enjoy!
Ingredients !
- Chicken Boiled & Shredded 1 cup 250 grams
- Oil 2 tbs
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Cabbage Sliced 2 cups
- Capsicum Sliced 1 cup
- Spring Onion with white part 1.5 cup
- Red Chilli Crushed 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbs
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbs
- Green Chillies Chopped 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
